Healing is not optional. It is the only way forward.
Myrna McCallum equips leaders, practitioners, advocates, and communities to make decisions and take action grounded in humanity, accountability, and care — in contexts shaped by trauma, colonial harm, racial injustice, and institutional violence.
The Healing Imperative
The work always begins with us.
Myrna is currently working on her first book, continuing her mission to equip leaders and advocates with Humanity-Centered practices.
Myrna McCallum is an educator, movement-builder, and the founder of Myrna McCallum's Healing Imperative. While she carries deep experience as a Métis lawyer, her work today spans systems, leadership, communication, justice, culture, and decision-making.
Our practice is grounded in Humanity-Centered Practice and delivered through two signature programs: LoveBack (designed specifically for Indigenous communities) and Transform Your Practice (for all other professional audiences).
We equip leaders, practitioners, advocates, and communities to recognize how trauma, power, colonial harm, racial injustice, moral conflict, and institutional violence shape human interaction. Through our four pillars—We Teach, We Gather, We Equip, We Transform—Myrna provides the tools necessary to respond with greater humanity, humility, boundaries, accountability, repair, and care.
"Healing is not optional — it is the only way forward."
