SUMMARY:We're Running on Empty
DESCRIPTION:What do we do when there is nothing left to give?\nMost of us w
ere taught to meet depletion with effort. Get up earlier. Plan better. Push
through until the week is over.\nBut there is a difference between being b
usy and being empty. Empty is what happens when we keep giving from a place
that was never refilled\, and the work keeps asking anyway.\nIn this two h
our Practice Session we look at capacity honestly. Not as a personal failin
g\, and not as something a calendar can solve\, but as information about wh
at we can give right now and what we cannot.\nWhat we will look at\n\nWhat
depletion actually feels like in the body\, and how we explain it away\nThe
difference between being tired and being emptied out\nWhat we can give at
this moment\, and what is simply not available to us right now\nHow depleti
on moves through a team and gets mistaken for attitude\nNaming our capacity
out loud at work without losing credibility\nWhat refilling asks of us\, b
eyond rest\n\nWho this is for\nAnyone whose work puts them close to other p
eople. Leaders\, HR and labour relations teams\, union representatives\, ad
vocates\, educators\, and people working in health\, justice and community
services. You do not need a title to come.\nDetails\n\nDate: Friday\, Novem
 ber 6\, 2026\nTime: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Pacific\nWhere: Live online\nSerie
