 ler\, we explore what makes that possible\, and what quietly makes it impos
 sible.\nWhat we will look at\n\nHow power moves through a team\nWhat happen
 s in our bodies during conflict\nWhy people go quiet\, and what their silen
 ce is telling us\nHow fear of getting it wrong keeps us from saying anythin
 g at all\nWhat repair asks of us once trust has been broken\nThe conversati
 ons many of us avoid\, including feedback\, disclosure\, boundaries and acc
 ountability\, which we will practise together\n\nWhat you will leave with\n
 \nLanguage for what you have been noticing\nA clearer read on your own patt
 erns under pressure\nPractical ways to help the teams and workplaces you be
 long to become places where people can share what they are seeing and livin
