SUMMARY:Reframing Conflict: From Disruption to Data
DESCRIPTION:Conflict is usually treated as something to avoid\, suppress\, 
 or shut down as quickly as possible. This session offers a different frame:
  conflict is data. Every conflict is carrying information\, about an unmet 
 need\, a nervous system in protection mode\, or two people operating from d
 ifferent lived experiences of what's "normal" or safe. When we react to con
 flict as pure disruption\, we lose that information. When we read it as dat
 a instead\, we can actually respond to what's happening instead of just rea
 cting to it. We'll also look at how conflict builds\, from a first spark to
  full escalation\, so participants can recognize the early signals and inte
 rrupt the pattern before it ruptures.Session will run from 10am-12pm PT via
