SUMMARY:Capacity Conversations: Boundaries in the Workplace
DESCRIPTION:Boundaries are often framed as a personal failing when they're 
 missing\, and a personal luxury when they're present. This session offers a
  different lens: what looks like defiance or disengagement is often a capac
 ity signal\, a nervous system that's out of room\, not an attitude problem.
  We'll unpack how that bias\, judging the behaviour instead of asking what'
 s behind it\, shows up in performance reviews\, team dynamics\, and everyda
 y workplace friction. Participants leave with language for honest\, ongoing
  conversations about what's sustainable and how to ask for it while address
 ing the guilt that often surfaces when we say no.\nSession will run from 10
 am-12pm PT via Zoom
