SUMMARY:From Belonging to Challenging: Psychological Safety in the Workplac
 e
DESCRIPTION:Psychological safety isn't about comfort. It's about trust deep
enough to hold disagreement\, feedback\, and hard conversations without pe
ople shutting down or shutting others out. This session examines different
types of trust commonly found in workplace dynamics\, what actually builds
deep trust\, including how our nervous systems read safety and threat long
before our minds catch up. We'll also explore why psychological safety can'
t be one-size-fits-all\, since what feels safe is shaped by culture\, histo
ry\, and lived experience. From there\, we move into what it takes to go be
yond belonging into the harder\, necessary work of challenging one another
in ways that are helpful (and not harmful).Session will run from 10am-12pm
 PT via Zoom
