DESCRIPTION:Every workplace is full of people carrying histories we can't s
 ee. This foundational session challenges the bad behaviour bias\, our defau
 lt habit of judging actions without asking what brain state produced them. 
 We'll explore nervous system dysregulation as the hidden driver behind so m
 uch of what gets labelled as difficult\, defensive\, or disengaged. And we'
 ll look at what it means to be trauma responsive in a culturally reflective
  way\, while recognizing that harm and healing don't look the same across e
 very community\, history\, or body. This session shifts the question from "
 what's wrong with you?" to "what happened to you?"Session will run from 10a
 m-12pm PT via Zoom
