 s in conflict response\n\nSession 2 (August 14): Trust\, Harm\, and Account
 ability in Practice\n\nHow trust is built\, broken\, and repaired\nMoving b
 eyond intent to understand impact\nWhy traditional approaches often erode t
 rust\nAccountability as a pathway to repair\, not punishment\n\nSession 3 (
 August 21): Building Psychologically Safer Systems and Relationships\n\nEmb
 edding safety into policies\, processes\, and leadership\nCommunication str
 ategies that de-escalate conflict\nDesigning systems that center dignity an
 d fairness\nPractical steps for sustaining culture change\n\nThese are 6 hr
  programs split into three 2 hr segments. They will be recorded and the rec
 ordings will be provided to registrants for a limited time following the pr
 ogram. The fee is $900 plus GST
