 om Allyship to Relationship Where self-awareness meets what allyship has a
 ctually looked like in practice. We explore the difference between allyship
  as a label and relationship as a lived practice — and name the patterns\
 , like extractive practice\, that keep people stuck at the label.\n\nWhat a
 llyship means to you — and where that understanding came from\nPrivilege\
 , bias\, and lived experience: how our position shapes what we notice\nExtr
 active practice: when we take without giving back\nRelationship\, reciproci
 ty\, and humility as the alternative to allyship-as-identity\n\nSession 2 (
 Aug 12): Power\, Silence\, and the Space Between Intention and Impact Buil
 ding the self-regulation to stay present when impact and intention don't ma
 tch. This session names what quietly blocks relationship — even among peo
 ple with good intentions.\n\nHow power and privilege operate quietly in eve
 ryday interactions\nIntention vs. impact: why good intentions don't neutral
 ize harm\nBystanding\, tokenism\, and silencing — the ways we avoid disco
 mfort instead of staying present\nRecognizing your own patterns\, in real t
 ime\, without collapsing into shame\n\nSession 3 (Aug 19): From Performance
  to Practice Relational capacity as a lived practice — responsibility\, 
 reciprocity\, repair. This is where the series turns from naming the proble
 m to practicing the alternative.\n\nResponsibility: owning impact regardles
 s of intention\nReciprocity: relationship as a two-way exchange\, not a one
 -way act of generosity\nRepair: what actually happens after harm — the pa
 rt most people skip\nWhat it looks like to be in relationship\, not just ac
 countable\, the next time you get it wrong\n\nThese are 6 hr programs split
  into three 2 hr segments. They will be recorded and the recordings will pr
 ovided to registrants for a limited time following the program. The fee is 
 900 plus GST payable.
