 d the language of allyship. Far fewer understand how harm continues through
  performance\, avoidance\, defensiveness\, and good intentions. This traini
 ng focuses on what it takes to interrupt those patterns—and develop the i
 nternal capacity required for real accountability. This is not about doing 
 allyship better. It is about examining what gets in the way of actually liv
 ing it. You will leave with:\n\nA clearer understanding of how performative
  allyship shows up in real time\nThe ability to stay present when discomfor
 t\, shame\, or defensiveness arise (instead of retreating or reacting)\nPra
 ctical tools for self-reflection\, self-regulation\, and self-compassion wi
 thout bypassing accountability\nA grounded approach to repairing harm beyon
 d apology or intention\nIncreased capacity to hold perspectives\, experienc
 es\, and truths that challenge your worldview\nA deeper understanding of wh
 at it means to take responsibility within systems—not just critique them\
 n\n \nCore areas of practice:\n\nSelf-awareness (recognizing your patterns
  in real time)\nSelf-regulation (staying present when challenged)\nSelf-ref
 lection (examining impact beyond intention)\nSelf-compassion (engaging acco
 untability without collapse or avoidance)\nRelational capacity (holding dif
 ference\, tension\, and opposing views)\n\n \nWhat to expect:\n\nInteracti
 ve\, discussion-based sessions\nReal-world examples and applied practice\nS
 pace for reflection\, discomfort\, and integration\nA focus on lived accoun
 tability—not abstract theory\n\nThese are 6 hr programs split into three 
 2 hr segments. They will be recorded and the recordings will provided to re
 gistrants for a limited time following the program. The fee is 900 plus GST
  payable.
